Get Started in 5 Minutes
If you only want the shortest path from download to play, follow this page first. Pick Windows or Android in any tab: the whole guide follows your choice.
1. Install LeviLauncher
- Download the LeviLauncher installer from GitHub Releases or the Lanzou mirror using password
levi. - Run the installer on Windows.
- If Windows or the installer asks for WebView2 or other required components, allow the process to continue.

- Install the game from Microsoft Store at least once on this PC.
- Keep Gaming Services available (needed for GDK versions).
Legitimate copy required
LeviLauncher helps you manage Minecraft Bedrock (GDK / UWP). It does not replace the game license.
- Install Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21.80 or later from Google Play on this device.
- LeviLauncher uses this official copy as its trusted game source; it does not replace the game license.
3. Choose a version
- Launch LeviLauncher.
- Open Download from the sidebar.
- Choose whether you want a Release build or a Preview build, and a GDK or UWP package.
- Here, Release and Preview mean Minecraft's normal release build and Preview build.
- Pick a version and start installation.
- Go to the version (instance) screen.
- Select the Minecraft version you want to run, or import an official Minecraft APK to run another version inside the launcher.
4. Decide whether to use isolation
Isolation keeps a version's game data in its own workspace instead of mixing everything into the default AppData location. It is available for GDK versions and for UWP x64 versions 1.19.70.2 or later.
Use isolation when you want to:
- test mods without affecting another setup
- keep Minecraft Release and Preview data separate
- maintain different worlds or packs for different play styles
Enable version isolation when you launch an imported version whose worlds, packs and settings should stay separate from the installed Google Play version. Imported versions often need it to launch.
5. Launch the installed version
- Go back to Launch.
- Select the installed version.
- Press Launch.
If LeviLauncher reports a missing dependency such as GameInput or Gaming Services, follow the prompt and complete the required installation first.
- Return to the launch screen and press Launch.
- If the launch fails, open the launch log from the failure screen and check the reported reason before changing settings.
